Assembly, commissioning and training

amixonŽ will arrange assembly on request. Either a supervisor monitors the assembly of your new process machine or amixonŽ carries out assembly and installation itself. Following a thorough safety check, the system is commissioned. During this process amixonŽ also provides training for your production and maintenance staff, which is the prerequisite for an immediate, safe start to production.

At your request amixonŽ will carry out qualification of pharmaceutical production facilities in accordance with GMP standards and document the re-sults in the form of DQ (Design Qualifications), IQ (Installation Qualifications) or OQ (Operational Qualifications). In addition, we will validate your automatic Cleaning-in-Place operations or Sterilizing-in-Place procedures.

The documents compiled can serve as module of your internal system documentation.
